It is just because there is *all* the unmetered air going in the throttle body.

When you do up t he wiring do you verify it works before wrapping it all up?
Do ing a megasquirt with sequential injection and ignition for a 1uz and I'm not sure if its necessary or no. (Asking you because this isn't your first rodeo)

98% yes. I will try my hardest to verify that everything works before I actually start wiring in fuses and relays and stuff. There is always something you can’t test or just forget about but I would absolutely suggest testing before wrapping everything up.
